P001 → Unusual Tableware

This series of unusual tableware explores the open-ended nature of eating by likening it to various types of utensils, viewing the act of eating with a humorous perspective. It delves into the possibilities of applying open containers in dining and captures these explorations through photography. From an experimental standpoint, the series interprets the modern pursuit of ritual and visual appeal in eating, which diminishes the original purpose of consuming food. Imagination, in turn, creates a new scene on the dining table.

This work is part of the group exhibition "Enjoy Your Meal", and is commisioned by Neiwei Arts Center, 2024.
